The 1 bedroom cottages (#2 - 8) are ideal for a
couple or family up to 4. The 2 bedroom cottage (#1) accommodates families
up to 6 and has the 1 bedroom floor plan plus a private guest
bedroom.

Pricing :
is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 in a 1 bedroom cottage and
a family of 5 in the 2 bedroom cottage. Additional guests
cost $25 nightly. Guests planning on day visitors must notify the office prior
to day visitors arrival. Pets pricing $15 nightly or $75 weekly. Cribs and highchairs
are
complimentary. Florida state & resort tax is applied to all rates.
Advanced Reservations
:
are accepted for a minimum of 4 nights (Feb, Mar & Apr 5 night
minimum) and are confirmed with 30%
advance deposit (minimum of $150) applied to the last part of
reserved period. Deposits are due within 7 days after making your
reservation. Deposits are fully refunded with a 6 week cancellation notice.
Deposits on shorter notice cancellations are refunded only upon
full re-rental of assigned cottage
Payments
Guest account balances are payable upon arrival. Check-In time is
3PM and check-out time is 11AM. Early arrivals and late departures must
be arranged in advance.

Guidelines
Please follow departure guidelines posted in cottage or cottage
will be subject to a $75 cleaning charge.

Each cottage has a fully
equipped kitchen with refrigerator, conventional and microwave ovens,
coffee maker, toaster all cooking equipment and utensils.
Cable television and air
conditioning are included of course.
As Rolling Waves Beach Cottages are
traditional housekeeping accommodations, maid service is not provided
but may be arranged at additional cost.
There's a stocked housekeeping
closet; and all linens and supplies are included and replenished.
Guests are requested to leave their cottages "neat and tidy" up on
departure. |
